Buddhist Churches of America Endowment Foundation
Established in the United States 125 years ago, the symbolism placed throughout the brochure has deep roots in Japanese culture, the country from which it came. The patterns used, the rising and falling of the wave at the bottom that is infinitely looped, the koi and ripples, all have meaning. Click the link to learn more about this project.
DAS Beer Garden
This taproom celebrates Oktoberfest every year with a self-branded DAStoberfest. Using their brand colors and leaning into German pub patterns and imagery, the design of this poster took shape, infused with fun and energy.
California State University, Long Beach
It was an honor to be able to design the commencement cover for the graduating class of 2001. This was the first year that CSULB’s official colors were changed to black and gold. The entire design was printed with a metallic foil.

East West Players Studio Conservatory
The zigzag stripe on Charlie Brown’s shirt is so recognizable, it was all that was needed to anchor the design for this Broadway musical.

This production of Shakespeare’s comedy was reimagined with an Asian flair through it’s costumes and set design. To reflect this in the poster, a Japanese wave pattern (seigaiha) was used, with the red streak symbolizing the shipwreck at the beginning. The slanted title conveys the whimsical nature of the play, but also represents the ship that the twins, represented in the W, are thrown from.

Working within a strict brand guide is always challenging, but at times makes the design process flow more quickly. These one-sheets were for customers who wanted more information on the printers.
C&D Aerospace
This company had been manufacturing airplane interiors for a myriad of airlines. To showcase their capabilities, this brochure was designed to explain all of the equipment they utilize and what they can create.
C&D Zodiac
These one-sheets were designed to explain the differences between the airplane seats that CDZ manufactures. It included specifications and renderings so that representatives could see the features and make informed decisions when selecting seating for their aircrafts.
